About Munkhjin.
I design printed publications. Magazines, annual reports, exhibition catalogs, programs — the kind of work that lives long after the project is done. My approach is type-led and grid-disciplined, but I leave room for the unexpected layout when the content calls for it.
I care about paper, ink, and binding as much as I do about the on-screen design. I'll happily walk the press with you and tell you when the registration is drifting. I take a small number of projects each season so I can give each one the attention it needs.

Redesigned our entire magazine. Typography, grid, the works. Subscriptions are up 22% since the relaunch and I credit a meaningful share of that to how the product physically feels in readers' hands now.
